Motorola Milestone 3 – Review
Motorola calls it side slide keyboard. Yes, because when removed from his left side will appear qwerty keyboard equipped with 4-way navigation, easily accessible by the right thumb. In the middle navigation button there is gold in color as a function Enter.
The screen gets maximum portion size 3.7 inches diagonal. Besides the width, the quality is unquestionable. With a depth of 16 million colors can feast their eyes when viewing photos or watching video files. To conserve the battery, the display can sleep automatically and locked with the power button. Response of the touch screen is quite responsive. By adopting the Android OS 2.1, we can put a shortcut to 9 screens and each can be filled with 16 shortcut applications and other features.
Note:
The whole body dominated by black.
Features:
The quality of music so spectacular when heard through the headset Motorola built. Detailed musical instruments such as percussion, piano, drums, bass, and other so real as we hear the music live. To optimize the audio, can be set on the audio effects that are located in the main menu, apart from the music player application.
And comes with a capacity of 5 Mpix camera (2592×1936 pixels resolution), it’s more than enough to put pictures on Facebook, Twitter, or keep it in Picasa. When the results are displayed on the screen looks very sharp. But when viewed on a computer screen with the Photoshop application (zoom 100%) there was a slight decline. When shooting at an outdoor location, we can use geo-tagging mode by activating a GPS (global positioning system) to record the coordinates in a file photo.
The GPS feature can be used if we want to know the coordinates of wherever we are. And, when combined with digital maps will be more clearly and can guide our journey at a given location. There are two digital maps that can be used as a reference for the step, namely Google Maps and MOTONAV (the source of Tele Atlas).
For Google Mail account owners receive much more benefit, one of which is the synchronization of content from the web to mobile phones, such as contact lists and calendars. The way the setting is also quite easy, just enter your username and password, then we can receive and send emails with ease. Standard connectivity protocols such as Bluetooth and mini USB cable is available.
Note:
The images can be instantly shared to various applications such as bluetooth, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, or MMS after taking pictures.
Performance:
Milestone generally able to operate properly. Process capability data and perform various functions, such as the telephone function, multimedia, messaging, and browsing smoothly all. Special note is given to the music player function, which can produce clear and balanced sound. Touch screen response is also above average. The record is an external memory slot is tucked in and not hotswap.
Although equipped with capacities up to 1420 mAh, the battery going quickly depleted when the greedy power features such as music, 3D games, and browsing is often on the run. In testing the battery last 1-2 days with fairly heavy usage.
